These terms apply to anyone who lists a service on DrukList. By submitting a listing you agree to them.
1. Who can list
Tour guides must hold a valid guide licence issued in Bhutan. Vehicle owners must have the right to hire out the vehicle and hold valid registration, insurance and permits for it.
2. Verification
Guides must upload a clear copy of their licence. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may reject or remove any listing if we cannot verify it.
3. Accurate information
Your listing must be true and up to date, including your name, photos, languages, vehicle details and prices. Do not use photos you do not own or have permission to use.
4. Dealings with customers
DrukList only connects customers and providers. Any booking, payment or agreement is between you and the customer. You are responsible for the service you provide.
5. Conduct
Be honest and respectful with customers. Fake reviews, misleading prices and spam are not allowed.
6. Removal
We may edit, suspend or remove listings that break these terms or receive repeated valid complaints.
7. Fees
Listing on DrukList is currently free. If this changes, we will tell you before any fee applies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
