For travel agents
What is DrukList?
DrukList is a directory where Bhutan travel agents and tour operators find licensed tour guides and car hire with drivers, and contact them directly.
Is it free for agents?
Yes. Creating an agent account and contacting providers is free. DrukList takes no booking fees or commission.
How do I book a guide or vehicle?
Open the listing, check the rate and available months, then message or call the provider. You agree the booking and payment directly with them. DrukList does not take bookings or payments.
Are the guides licensed?
Every guide uploads their guide licence when they list. We check it before the listing goes live. The licence number is never shown publicly.
What currency are the rates in?
All rates are shown in Bhutanese Ngultrum (Nu.) per day. Confirm the final price with the provider before you book.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. Once you have worked with a guide or driver, you can leave a review on their listing to help other agents.
For guides and vehicle owners
How do I get listed?
Create a free account, complete your profile (photo, phone and where you are based), then add your listing. It goes live after we review it.
How long does approval take?
We usually review new listings within 1 to 2 working days. You will get an email from info@druklist.com when your listing is approved.
What photo do I need?
Guides: a clear photo of your face. Your profile photo is also used as your listing photo. Car hire: your profile photo, plus photos of the vehicle.
How do I show when I am available?
In your listing, tick the months you are free and add a note for anything else, such as festival dates you are already booked.
How do I edit or hide my listing?
Sign in and go to My Account → Listings. Click your listing to edit it, or use Hide to take it offline for a while.
Does it cost anything to list?
No. Listing your services on DrukList is free.

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from info@druklist.com. If it is not there, contact us and we will help.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to My Account → Profile and choose delete account, or email info@druklist.com.
